Walmart Social Voice & Its Many Flexes

I created and drove Walmart’s social voice as the brand pivoted from an active listener on social to a full-blown participant. This was when social was fun and brands were bantering back and forth and interacting with culture. We earned headlines, relevance and social credibility for the brand. This defining shift for Walmart would then go on to become a best in class example for other social voice launches.
